Maintenance Director – Full-Time
Kodiak Baptist Mission is seeking a jack-of-all-trades to care for our vehicles, grounds, and facilities.
You’ll handle:
Vehicle upkeep: tires, oil changes, general repairs
Equipment operation: backhoe, tractor, forklift, snow plow
Construction & repairs: roofing, decks, windows, appliances
Organizing and leading work projects

Requirements:
Must be a Christian, able to share your testimony
Attend Sunday services at KBM
Broad hands-on skills & willingness to work hard
Able to pass a childcare background check

Position Details:
Full-time, 40 hrs/week (some weekends/holidays)
$15/hr + benefits + housing (no vehicle, internet, or off-island travel included)
Start Date: End of April 2026
